Here's a link to a series of articles about Ron Motley's attempt to bring a $1 trillion suit against a series of defendants for the September 11 attacks. Motley was one of the lead attorneys in suing the tobacco giants. The most recent article reports that two of the defendants, Saudi princes, have been dismissed because of sovereign immunity.

Better Late...
I have no idea what took the Charleston's Post & Courier so long to write this piece. Nonetheless, it's a very interesting description of the naval brig and its contents-- Padilla, Hamdi, et al. who are being held incomunicado without access to counsel.
